Hochschule Düsseldorf and Bundeskartellamt publish short film about cartel prosecution
The Hochschule Düsseldorf (University of Applied Sciences) and the Bundeskartellamt have today published a short animated film about cartel prosecution.
Andreas Mundt, President of the Bundeskartellamt: "With this illustrative and amusing short film we want to show young people, in particular, just how important competition is for the consumer. The film shows how a cartel forms and a super hero intervenes against the illegal agreement."
The film was produced by two media engineering students of the Hochschule Düsseldorf, Viviann Banh and Max Matthias Karl, as part of their bachelor thesis. The production was mentored by the professors of the Faculty of Media at the Hochschule Düsseldorf. Prof. Isolde Asal (direction & montage) and Prof. Dr-Ing. Sina Mostafawy (character design & animation). The music to the film was composed by Maik Gropp. Philip Zimmermann created the sound design.
